Terms and Conditions,
All products are hand made. All orders are not guaranteed to be fufilled. Orders are not confirmed until after the consultation. Once your order form is received, you will receive an email with availability for consultation times. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 8-12 weeks for product production. In most cases, orders are ready before the time listed above.
Shipping
Shipping cost will be added for orders being shipped. Customers in the Washington DC area can arrange for pick up, drop off, or meet up; subject to availability and coordination
Warranty
All products will come with a 2 year warranty. The warranty is there for customers to use in the case of repairs. Repairs are subject to item inspection and evaluation of if the item is repairable or not. Also, items that are in need of repair due to damage cause by the customer will come at a cost. All repairs due to normal wear and tear will be FREE for the 2 year period. After the 2 year period, all repairs will come at a cost.
Authentication
Each item will come with a stamped receipt and item tag. These 2 documents are needed for authentication. The items should have the original signature, date, and business seal.
If one item is missing, there is a $25 fee for assessment and issue of new document.
If both items are missing, the item should be returned for an assessment and new documents will be issued for a fee of $55.
If the item must be shipped for assessment, the customer is responsible for shipping fees for the initial shipment and return.
